- My name is Joaquim Fernando Fernandes da Silva. I am a Portuguese student at Faculty of Engineering at university of Oporto. Currently i am a PhD student on Informatics Engineering. I have made my diplomas (Master degree and Licenciatura) at this same college but on Electrotechnical Engineering and Computers. I finished my Masters in 1998 and Licenciatura in 1995. I also work at Istec-Porto giving classes to graduate students and at ESG to undergraduate students , both about Informatics.
